This card shows St. Joan of Arc kneeling in armour, holding up her sword with the hilt displayed as a cross, reminding us that we live by the standard of the cross in conformng our lives to Christ.  Inside left: a Pentecost image with a saying from St. Augustine on the means of holiness.  Inside right:  a message to encourage the young soldier of Christ to have devotion always to the Mother of God in living the standard of the cross.
