St. Francis de Sales - The Angelus Prayer   The Doctor of the Church invites men of good will to join together in a cause noble and true.  At noon time when you hear the church bells peal out the Angelus; kneel with heads bowed and hats off and recite the little prayer.
The Angelus is a prayer honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary's fiat to become the Mother of God.  O Mother of us all, the price of our salvation is offered thee, that price is the Divine Word made man in thee, exclaimed St. Bernard.  Thus on our lips of joy, gratitude and humility, we recite daily the Angelus in loving memory of that moment at 6am, noon, and 6pm.
