This is the famous novena prayer to St. Joseph dating back to 50 AD.  It is a favourite holy card at St. Joseph's Press.  It has a picture of St. Joseph holding the Child Jesus and a lily and underneath the words: Go to Joseph.  The front tells the history of the prayer and the powerful protection the saint grants through it, while on the back is the prayer itself.
