This notepad honours Our Lady with an antique image of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the following prayer:  O Star of the Sea, help and protect me!  Show me that thou art My Mother.  O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!  The feastday of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is July 16th, the day that the Blessed Mother gave the brown scapular to St. Simon Stock in 1251.
