In the 13th century, the Blessed Mother appeared to St. Dominic and gave him the Angelic Psalter, also known as the Rosary, as a powerful tool to reform the world and win back many souls for God.  

The Angelic Psalter Prayer Card features a fresco image of the Dominican Family with the Blessed Mother and the Child Jesus, on the front with the words of Our Lady to St. Dominic.  On the back is an exhortation from Blessed Alan de la Roche, O.P. on what just one Hail Mary devoutly prayed can acomplish in the soul.
