St. Charles Borromeo - Prayer for Holy Priests Holy Card

God raised up a mere youth to renew the face of His Church after the Protestant heresy.  In 1560 Charles Borrromeo at 22 was made Cardinal and administered the affairs of the Holy See.  His first care was the direction of the Council of Trent, guiding it and applying to the whole Church what was decreed.  He founded schools for seminarians and by his community of Oblates trained his priests to perfection.  He lived and died a faithful shepherd of the Good Shepherd, Christ. 

This holy card features a vintage image of St. Charles Borromeo on the front of the card and on the back is a Prayer for Holy Priests composed by St. Charles Borromeo, himself.
