This is the famous novena prayer to St. Joseph dating back to 50 AD.  It is a favourite holy card at St. Joseph's Press.  It has a picture of St. Joseph holding the Child Jesus and a lily and underneath the words: Go to Joseph.  The front tells the history of the prayer and the powerful protection the saint grants through it, while on the back is the prayer itself.

St. Rose Philippine Duchesne is a special saint for Kansas and Missouri.  She founded a convent and school in St. Charles, Missouri and when she was 71 went to the Potawatomie mission in Sugar Creek, Kansas.  She was too old to learn the language, so she prayed the rosary for them, earning the nickname of "Woman Who Prays Always."

We give you a holy card with original artwork by our staff artist, showing the saint with a teepee and rosary to symbolise her mission and with the Sacred Heart to represent her order, the Society of the Sacred Heart.  On the back is her favourite prayer of reparation to the Sacred Heart.

One must do reparation in order to obtain mercy.  This was the message of Our Lord to Sr. Mary of St. Peter, a 19th century Carmelite nun.  He asked for 'more Veronicas' who would honour His Holy Face and gave Sr. Mary of St. Peter prayers by which people might do this.  This holy card has that message and one of the prayers over a watermark of St. Veronica's veil with the Holy Face imprinted on it.

The Golden Arrow is a prayer of reparation to the Holy Name given by Our Lord to Sr. Mary of St. Peter, a 19th century French Carmelite.  Our Lord told her that sins of blasphemy wounded His Heart like poisoned arrows, while those who said this prayer would pierce His Heart delightfully and heal the other wounds.  This holy card has an image of the Holy Face on the front and the prayer and its history on the back.

This Our Lady of Fatima Prayer Card features the prayers of Eucharistic reparation given by the Angel of Portugal, which are to be said before and after Communion to make up for those who receive Communion thoughtlessly, disrespectfully, or in the state of sin.    On the front of the holy card is a beautiful 1950's picture of Our Lady of Fatima and the three shepherd children.

Not your ordinary guardian angel prayer.  This prayer accomplishes three things:  thanks the Heavenly Father for appointing us an angel to guide us on our earthly pilgrimage, asks our angel to guide us to heaven, and asks the angel to watch over our children, too, and make up for the things we lack as parents.

St. Peter's feastday (which he shares with St. Paul the Apostle) is one of the most solemn in the Church calendar.  It is one of 10 feasts that may be holy days of obligation in the Western Church.  Our holy card shows Christ bestowing on St. Peter the keys of the kingdom.  The Latin inscription translates as:  You are Peter and upon this rock I will build My Church, and the powers of the lower world shall not prevail against it.  And to you I will give the keys of the kingdom of heaven.   The back of the holy card has the entire passage, in English, of course.
